Who we are

Connecting Zimbabwean Talent with European Opportunity

Work Placement Solutions is a specialised recruitment agency focused on one thing: connecting Zimbabwean workers with legitimate warehouse and logistics jobs in Europe.

We have deep experience in the European recruitment landscape – particularly in Poland, Croatia, the Czech Republic, and other growing economies that need reliable, hard-working warehouse staff.

We are not a generalist agency. We are specialists. We know the warehouse sector inside out. We know the employers, the legal requirements, and what it takes to succeed.

Our Mission: To provide ethical, transparent, and legal overseas placement services that change lives and build careers.

Questions

Before you apply

01What are the costs and fees involved?

We will detail any associated program fees, processing costs, and logistics during your initial screening consultation.

02What qualifications do I need?

You need to be at least 18, physically fit, and comfortable with everyday English. Forklift or reach-truck certification is a plus, not a requirement.

03Do you handle visas and work permits?

Yes — we guide you through the full legal process and manage the required documentation directly.

04Is accommodation provided?

Many employers provide accommodation or help finding housing. We confirm exactly what applies to your specific role before you accept.

05How much can I earn?

It varies by country and role — for example, warehouse work in the Netherlands runs roughly €14–15 per hour. Full salary details are shared before you accept any offer.

06Are these jobs actually legitimate?

Yes. We only work with vetted employers, and every placement is legal, transparent, and compliant with EU regulations.

07How long does the process take?

It depends on the employer and visa processing times — some placements complete within a few weeks, others take longer.
